Reiki
Reiki: ("RAY-kee") A Japanese word representing Universal Life Energy. Reiki is based on the belief that when spiritual energy is channeled through a reiki practitioner, the patient's spirit is healed, which in turn heals the physical body. This modality can be incorporated into a hands on massage or stand alone. Reiki will leave you feeling calm, centered, and relaxed. Excellent modality for stress management.

Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is the most commonly offered and the most relaxing of modalities. For a first time massage client or frequent massage client, this is an excellent modality for de-stressing. Not only does this balance mind, body and spirit, the benefits include better circulation, aids in digestion and helping the body eliminate metabolic wastes at a cellular level.
Neuromuscular Technique or Deep Tissue
By definition, Neuromuscular Therapy is the utilization of static pressure on specific myofascial points to relieve pain. This technique manipulates the soft tissue of the body (muscles, tendons and connective tissue) to balance the central nervous system. vulnerable to pain and dysfunction. This modality also requires the client to be an active participant in the session.
Chair Massage
Also called on-site and seated massage, chair massage includes techniques that provide fully-clothed seated massage, bodywork and somatic therapies to clients, generally in a corporate or business setting. Practitioners utilize shiatsu, amma and/or Swedish techniques.
Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stone massage is a form of bodywork that involves the application of heated or cooled stones (thermotherapy) to the body during deep tissue massage.
Stone therapy has benefits which include stimulation of the circulatory system and promotes self-healing, softens and relaxes the muscles, helps to release metabolic wastes from the muscles, induces a state of deep relaxation that washes away stress, and helps relieve pain and muscle spasms, and creates a feeling of peacefulness and spiritual well being.
